Terms and Conditions
Vouchers are valid for 12 months after the purchase date / for 12 months after the valid from date in the case of vouchers bought in advance of a special occasion, for example Christmas, a birthday, anniversary etc.
Physical gift cards can be collected.
Vouchers not used within this 12 month period will thereafter be null and void with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend voucher validity beyond the stated 12 month validity period.
The voucher reference number must be quoted at the time of booking, and must be presented on arrival for your treatment.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-replaceable.
All bookings made with a voucher are booked for the recipient at a time that is mutually agreed and subject to my cancellation policy which is as follows: I know you will appreciate my time is my business and late cancellations and no-show’s really do affect my income. If you need to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours notice is required to avoid 100% of the schedule treatment costs being incurred. The same applies to any no-show’s. By booking an appointment you agree to this cancellation policy. COVID-19: Where you have begun to experience symptoms of Covid-19 or you have been told to isolate yourself less than 24 hours prior to your appointment please inform me immediately on 07840 562739 to avoid any cancellation fee.
As per my cancellation policy the voucher will be taken as full payment and will, therefore, be considered as spent in the event of a no-show, late cancellation.
In the case of a national or local lockdown the voucher expiration date will be paused from the first day of the lockdown and will resume again from the first day lockdown restrictions are lifted. E-gift vouchers are sent direct to the purchaser.
