By applying gentle pressure to points on the feet and hands that correspond to different areas of the body, it promotes deep relaxation, releases tension, and can lead to better sleep and an improved mood. While reflexology complements conventional medical care, I do not diagnose, treat, or cure, and it should not be used as a replacement for professional medical treatment.

Meadowtree grew from my passion for holistic healing and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal. My reflexology style is gentle and energy-focused, with treatments offered in a warm, comfortable home environment.

I am a fully qualified reflexologist with a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology from Temple Academy, one of the first schools affiliated with the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). I am also a full member of the AoR, ensuring my training meets the highest standards.

Reflexology is a holistic treatment that begins with a short but thorough consultation on health, diet, and lifestyle at your first appointment, followed by a relaxing reflexology session. The initial appointment lasts 90 minutes. After your first treatment and consultation, follow-up appointments can be arranged, with each session lasting 60 minutes.
